昨天一大早七点多，爸爸把姐姐从滑冰场接回来，我们两个人就赶紧出发去爬山。Poway 湖公园很大，很美，湖边上很多人钓鱼，湖里面有很多小船杨舟荡桨， 很有江南水乡的意境。 公园里面Woodson山路来回有将近8英里。这座山很陡峭，上升2000英尺，我们来回只用了三个小时。昨天天气凉爽，多云，特别适合户外活动，运动一下感觉真好。We went hiking yesterday after daddy picked up Leah from the ice rink at about 7:30. Lake Poway was very beautiful and peaceful. We hiked the Mt. Woodson trail which was about 8 miles round trip. It was cloudy and cool which is perfect for hiking. It took us exactly 3 hours to finish the hike and we felt really accomplished afterwards.
